Clemads Global Consulting Limited was registered in Nigeria and approved by the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) in October 2014 with registration number RC: 1220682 and Federal Inland Revenue Tax Identification Number (TIN: 18075145-0001). The company has been established as a workforce training, capacity building, procurement, general contract, recruitment and IT solution provider. Our traditional business model is based on the provision and accomplishment of our business services in both private and public sector organizations. Based on the decision of the company to expand and diversify, we now provide our services in all states of Nigeria and abroad.

We have a pool of experts in our company that specializes in specific areas that serve organizations of numerous industries. We work together with organizations as smart partners in providing heads and hands-on solutions to help solve day to day business challenges by developing their human capital, capacity, innovative solution skills, productive capacity and management advisory engagement – all with the help and guidance of our multifaceted and multi-lingual organization. We provide training, seminars and workshops on topics of your choice, be it in our office, your office or your preferred location, anywhere in Nigeria and abroad

Training Methodology

Our training delivery is categorized into three phases:

  1. Pre-training delivery need assessment is carried out by our team of experts to ascertain and contrast the capacity, ability and official functions of your organization and target group. The skill gaps are identified in this process and appropriate modules are developed to close the gap.
  2. Training delivery at this stage is delivered utilizing an approach that is interactive, friendly and needs focused. The participants are provided courseware while illustrations shall be based on factual data of the client where appropriate. Also, our training delivery involves case studies, questionnaires, exercises and monitoring and evaluation for in-depth result.
  3. Post-training assessment of the impact of the training on the participants and the organization is carried out by us with the client to ascertain the value for money spent by the client. This assessment is done in a minimum of one month and a maximum of one year after the training, depending on the nature of the training.

Our courses and training programmes run throughout the week and weekends, both in the classroom and online, in any preferred area in Nigeria and abroad, whichever meets your convenience.
